  • Leading team of 20 to develop visualization tools, web applications and internal infrastructure.
  • Engineering manager for Xenium in-situ instrument UI and Xenium Explorer visualization tools.
  • Oversees front-line managers responsible for planning and development of all of 10x's Loupe Browsers.
  • Developed complete backend and assorted visual components for Loupe Browser, a program that allows scientists to explore single-cell and spatial RNA-seq data generated by the 10x Chromium and Visium platforms.
